Step #2 Deployment Planning

Your Deployment Planning is made up of two parts. 

IMPORTANT: This is the technical portion of your identiMetrics deployment.  You will need your project coordinator, your technical team leader and the technical person who will assist us with the installation participate in both parts of this step.

  • Part 1 - The Deployment Planning video (required).

  • Part 2 - The LIVE Deployment Planning meeting with one of our Experts (also required).

Begin by watching the required Part 1 video.  Watch the video as a team or individually.  Many of your questions will be answered in this very through video.

Once you and your team have watched the Part 1 video, schedule one LIVE Deployment Planning meeting with one of our Experts.  Instructions on scheduling are in the Part 2 section of this page.

Part 2 - The LIVE Deployment Planning with one of our Experts

Now that you have watched the video and reviewed the supporting documentation,  it's time to schedule the Step 2: The LIVE Deployment Planning Meeting.*  

 

IMPORTANT: This is the technical meeting.  You will need to bring your project coordinator, your technical team leader and the technical person who will assist us with the installation.

Here's how to schedule the meeting:

  • Click on the "Contact Support"  link on the main menu of this page.

  • Click on the 'Schedule an Appointment' button.

  • Select "Step 2 - Deployment Planning" as your service, then a time that works for you.

  • If this is your first time scheduling with us, you will need to select "New User" and set up an account to use our online scheduling calendar.

  • Your Biometric Expert will provide a link to the meeting prior to the call.

NOTE:  This is a conference call.  You will not need your scanners.

Step 2: The LIVE Deployment Planning - Frequently Asked Questions

  • I just scheduled Step 2: The LIVE Deployment Planning Meeting, now what?

A link to join the meeting will be emailed to the person who scheduled the meeting in advance.  If additional people are attending please forward them the meeting link.

  • What is this meeting about?

This is a technical meeting to structure and optimize the identiMetrics installation specific to your organization. Watch the required Step 2 video prior to this meeting. Watching this required video will create the foundation for a meaningful and productive meeting with one of our ExpertsYour Biometric Expert will answer your questions about how the identiMetrics software works and talk network requirements, hardware and software specifications. Your Expert will schedule your Step 3: Installation date.

  • Who should attend this meeting?

Your project coordinator, your technical team leader and the technical person who will assist us with the installation. Please include any other person on your team you think should be part of this important meeting. 

Remember, only the person who scheduled the meeting will receive a link to the call.  Please forward that link to all of your attendees.

  • How long is this meeting?

Please plan on 30 minutes for this meeting.

  • Should we bring our finger scanners?

No, this is a planning meeting.  We will install and configure your finger scanners during the Step 3: Installation that will be scheduled with your Expert during this meeting.
